Gibrid Steper Motorning eng yaxshi ishlashini ta'minlash uchun doimiy magnit va o'zgaruvchan istamaydigan texnologiyalarning eng yaxshi xususiyatlarini kamaytiradi. Bu ko'pincha avtoulovlarning xususiyatlari kombinatsiyasi tufayli gibrid dvigatel deb ataladi.
Gibrid Steper Motorda rotor doimiy magnitdir, statorda magnit maydonni yaratish uchun reotor bilan o'zaro ta'sir qiladigan bir nechta palil mavjud. Rotor bosqichli qarorni engillashtirishga imkon beradigan stator qutblari bilan mos keladigan tishlar yoki tirgaklar bilan bezatilgan. Doimiy magnit va o'zgaruvchan istirof dizaynning bu kombinatsiyasi yuqori momentni, a'lo darajadagi aniqlik va minimal bo'shliqni yuqori samarali qiladi.
