Brushless Motor Driver

This driver is also called brushless DC motor controller, it has wide speed range, from 0-6000 RPM, its running acceleration/deceleration time can be set by software to achieve smooth and soft operation. The main parameters to be referred to when selecting a brushless DC motor are as follows: Maximum torque, Square Mode Torque and Rotating speed. The speed of the motor can be determined according to the trapezoidal curve of the motor speed.

BesFoc brushless DC drives feature advanced control technology that provides excellent performance and ease of use. The drives are designed for applications requiring high performance, high-speed stability, basic velocity control, simple setup, and low cost in a compact design. Motor velocity over a wide speed range is controlled via analog or digital inputs. Two on-board trimpots make setup simple. Dynamic braking enables the motor to stop quickly. The drives are available with a set of performance-matched brushless DC motors in metric frame sizes.

Supports external potentiometer speed regulation, external analog voltage speed regulation, host computer (PLC, microcontroller, etc.) PWM speed regulation and other functions. The speed control range can reach 0-20000rpm, and the driving power can reach up to 2200W. It supports speed loop and current loop dual Closed-loop control achieves low temperature rise, low noise, low vibration, low positioning torque and twice the overload torque output. Some drives support RS-232 and RS-485 communication control.
